Reviwing the task Folder By the Executive Office Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION of the Founder and President. The Executive owner and Founder and President shall make sure that all departments carry out their duties as such by first acknowlegding the task folder. This tool called the task folder is being used to allow all officers to prepare their ideas of what they plan on doing for the week, months and years, as well as years.

Getting starting ahead of the game is a smart way to get things done. How this works meaning the task Folder is for instance the Founder and President shall make a list of things for the week, or the month that need to get a complish. He would then work on them for the day, and or the week and also the month. In this case the Office manager will ask every department to give a briefing of the task folder assign to her/him and the Executive Office Manager shall ask for a copy of every sheet or calendar of your task Folder. Why because it is the duty of the Executive Office Manager to work on these task folder.
