Duties of the Executive Board President

 

 

The office of the Executive Board President position of a non-profit incorporation plays a critical role in fostering  excellent leadership and communication and diligence through proper management and utilization of important records such as meeting. This or office will uphold incororation most strenght the  bylaws.

 

The  official Executive Board President position has wide-ranging responsibilities, requiring much more than simply being present at all board meetings. He or she is an active conduit for communication by giving proper notice of any new issues or details base on policies terms and conditions, if any should arrive. This office will call meetings and be the guardian over the Board of Directors by keeping things in place.

 

And the Executive Board President will protect the Incorporation machinery and materials such as  the idealistic dreams and properties of the non profit. The Executive Board President must have an agenda (s) to keep the non profit alive and well. When it comes to keeping and direct meets and  minutes the Executive Board President shall make sure that every  meeting is documented on file. Additionallo y the non profit needs a person who cares t, the Executive Board President should be knowledgeable of the incorproation records and related materials, providing advice and resources to the board on topics such as governance issues, amendments to the state laws, and the like, that will assist them in fulfilling their fiduciary duties.

 

As the custodian of the Incorporation my records, shall be updated for the IRS/ USA government review at any time there is a need for review. The offical Executive Board President will vote on laws for the non profit these are some of the responsibilities. Everyone of the Board of Directors shall attend. The Executive Board President shall maintain accurate documentation (s) and  set  legal  meetings that are the requirements of the Incorporation such as annual filing deadlines, paying tax, Fundraising, Donation, votoing, Bylaws, and the Incorporation mission.

 

The Executive Board President is responsible for reviewing and updating documents as necessary and ensuring all documents are safely stored and readily accessible. And in which the bylaws are a tool to use as a guild to run the non profit well. A Executive Board Presidnet will be most useful to an Incorporation if all records are kept and can resure that all staff will do their part.  

 

The Executive Board President holds a very unique title with a structure meaning and purpose, now the journey hoping for success and fullfillments thereof depends on this leadership.  Its a need that the Incorporation can not strive with out. The Executive Board President will give is ruling to the staff in a nation as Jamaica West Indies and considerable the United States of America from the State and City of new York Kings county.  Notice that over the time period these duties often increase when the corporation take on or the bylaws give the updates to what will be in effect. The Founder and President shall elect the Board of Directors, the senior officers of the non profit can suggest board of directors. And the Founder and President will carfully review these suggest and or recommendations. Board  Directors can be life or time period. persuant to these Bylaws.

 

The Executive Board President shall protect the bylaws terms  and condition and make sure that the sensitive dream be untouch by those with voting - powers. This office will see to it that 

 membership rules are kept by persons, Individuals, and organzation out side of the Garth Charity Projects, Inc Staff- members will be giving the rights attend town hall meetings.

 but directors can vote if they want to allow that staff members attend a non profit meeting or should there be one. Duties may additionally change from time to time as may be assigned to him or her by the board.
